Midweek Meetings
Our mid-week meeting takes place on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm in the home of one of the members. The first week of the month we all meet together before dividing into small groups for Bible study and prayer, which facilitates more discussion than is possible in a whole-church Bible study. The third week includes our mid-month communion service and prayer. The other weeks usually comprise a whole-church Bible study and prayer time, with occasional deputation visits from missionary speakers.
Saturday-night Prayer Meeting
As a church we believe strongly in the importance of prayer. For this reason, in addition to the prayer times in our other meetings, we also have a prayer meeting at 9pm on a Saturday evening.This was begun over 20 years ago by the church’s first pastor, primarily to focus on prayer for revival and for the Lord’s blessing on the following day’s services.
