We seek to base all aspects of our faith and life on what the Bible teaches. We do this because we believe that the Bible is God’s inspired, infallible and authoritative message for the human race. It tell us all we need to know about God and how we may know Him.
The Bible tells us that God created everything: the entire universe and everything in it were made by Him. It tells us how mankind has ruined this world through disobeying the laws that God has given us; and how God has sent Jesus Christ, His Son, into this ruined world, to save a multitude of
people from hell and give them eternal life.
A summary of what the Bible teaches about a number of important matters is set out in the church’s Statement of Faith.
For a more detailed explanation of the Bible’s teaching, we recommend the Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689 or the Westminster Confession of Faith of 1646.
